We are currently engaged in a collaborative project with Gerard Darel and Pablo to revamp their entire commerce infrastructure. This includes a comprehensive global site rebuild utilizing a headless Shopify Plus architecture, enabling both brands to operate from a unified core-model codebase. Key elements of the project encompass custom integration with Order Management Systems (OMS), migration from legacy POS systems to Shopify POS in physical stores, and an overhaul of their ERP systems.
