Our approach focused on ensuring that every aspect of the brand, spa, and product formulations was vividly represented in a clear, modern, and elevated digital experience. This included a migration from Salesforce to Shopify Plus, alongside comprehensive customer research, stakeholder interviews, UX research, content strategy, and visual & UI design, culminating in dynamic features like a quiz and bundle builder.
