Enhancing Customer Retention and Conversion for Ursa Major Skincare
We collaborated with Ursa Major to enhance customer retention strategies. Our comprehensive audit detected gaps in storytelling and emphasized the need for effective messaging that encourages returning customers and subscriptions. Through our analysis of cancellations, we noted that many users who discontinued usage could have benefited from the product. Notably, most cancellations were associated with lower-priced items, particularly around the third month of subscription, which emerged as a frequent drop-off period.
