In response to COVID-19 and the shift of major jewelry brands to the D2C model, we swiftly designed a new online store for Netaya. This store is specifically crafted to attract new D2C customers, alongside implementing applications designed to increase repeat purchases, enhance cart sizes, and cultivate brand loyalty. Our efforts resulted in a remarkable 73% increase in new traffic and a 7% decrease in bounce rate.
