When COVID-19 pushed big-name jewelry brands into the D2C space, Netaya needed to act quickly to scale up its efforts. We designed a completely new online store that's laser-focused on attracting new D2C buyers and implemented applications to drive repeat purchases, boost cart sizes and win brand evangelists. We're proud to report a 73% increase in new traffic and a 7% reduction in bounce rate.
