As a skeptic from other experiences with other service providers, I was initial hesitant to partner with another firm. However, Rob and his team at Monumental made the process of onboarding with Shopify a great experience and continue to provide very prompt communication, fixes, advice, and overall turn around. We started from scratch and worked with Monumental on a rebranding and a new store, partnering with them. We continue to utilize Monumental for advice, updates, and features.
