Scammers! DO NOT USE! I installed the app with the promise of 7 days FREE Trial, but as soon as i linked my first product they charged me and refused to refund! I only found out when i saw the bill from Shopify that says: Zendrop - Dropshipping & POD (Uninstalled) $29.00 Then i contacted them, but they REFUSE to refund on the ground that "5 days period for refund request expired". How can i not miss the 5 days period if i never expected to be charged in the first place!!! I'm going to report that scam crocks to Shopify

Zendrop charged me twice for the Plus plan and then downgraded my account to Zero. I received no features I paid for. Support ignored me until it was “too late” to refund. I was promised benefits and got nothing. Terrible support, broken billing system.

I only installed it, it saïd that they will only bring costs when using the app. I have never used the app once and now they have taken $30 for no reason do please watch out for this scam

I was charged for two months without any prior notification, even though my store was never published or used. Zendrop refused to refund the April charge, citing a strict 5-day refund policy, despite the fact that I never utilized their services. This approach feels unfair and lacks transparency. If I could give this a 0 stars I would. Within 10 days of having the app I was charged more than $140 in some sort of subscription charges, before I’ve even made a sale!!! I was barely outside of the refund window without even realizing I would be charged. It's been 8 days since I was billed with no sales or usage and I had no idea. They made no exception for me, seems like they don't care too much about their customers. I was planning on coming back to the service at another time as a paying customer, but that ship has sailed. it integrates with the shopify really easy. I can't complain about that. however, I installed this app into my store and added products. then i went to purchase something from my store to make sure everything worked and to see how long it would take to get the products. well, the purchase went through smoothly... but, I never recieved the products and I haven't been able to contact anyone to fix the issues. the supplier is a scam. they sent a tracking number for my order.... it has been 3 weeks since the order and the tracking number is continually updating with a non-existent route. (there is no shipment)... this happens a lot when you order products off facebook. it is just a scam. We're really sorry to hear about your experience and truly appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We understand how frustrating this must be.
