The app doesn't work on my store! We have contacted them for several times but get no reply! Poor service...

Unbelievably unethical and fraudulent business practices. We signed up for the app last year (It was a different logo with a different title). It was $4.99/month, as it is still advertised in the app store. We looked at our bill this month and realized we had been charged $49/month for the last few months! When I chatted with the app developers about this claim they said we upgraded the account to a new level in June and that they can't do anything about it since they cannot access our billing account. We have 2 instagram galleries, why would we have ever upgraded our account? The answer is we did not. It seems this app was acquired and they just put the current users in new plans without any warning or approval. Now we are out $150 dollars for an app that was supposed to be $15 for that same time period.

The team have been super helpful in making adjustments to the app for me and super quickly. Could not be more impressed!

I use this app on my storefront to feature an Instagram feed. There was an issue with displaying the feed to which I reached out for support. Alex was my point of contact & communicated with me right away, being able to get the developers to fix the issue. Great communication & support.

As always, support team from Growave tried their best to solve my problem. I adjusted the size of the Instagram frame to suit my page better. The app is working fine so far. The Instagram purchase link is interesting.

This app is a must! They help you with any request or problems you may have! They respond fast and are very friendly!

Really incredible app and superb support. I spoke to other apps that offered similar features for $500 a month!

This app is easy to use and displays well on our website. The set up was simple with no hassle. Very quick and efficient support.

This app can help you to achieve some cool stuff. We are using it to promote our paintings, especially to showcase combinaison as to help clients taking their decisions. We create an menu item with a link to the page and clients like the fact that can just click on the tag and buy..like on IG but without exiting the website. On an admin side, I like you can configure the app to auto publish everything or only tagged products. In our case, we only want to publish pictures of our IG that show 2 products or more together and it is very easy to manage. The support is also very efficient. They helped with he design of the page but also to tweak some text . The app is flexible and you can translate all text without paying any extra.

We are using the app for a while now and we love it. The customer service is very responsive and helpful if we need any assistance! Highly recommend

Great and polite customer service that goes the extra mile with step by step screenshots on what to do! (: Just take note that they don't work on weekends so no one would replying to you until Monday!

Too many issues with this app. Customer service only replies when a negative review is left. Products do not load and their developer messed up by page by deleting all of our tags from 2019. Deleting app!!!. I do not recommend it.

I recently moved over after having used four sixty for the past few years. This app not only has more features, but it is also a fraction of the price. Integration is fast, you can either do it yourself or the team jump on & do it for you. They are so accommodating with custom requests & just happy to help. Already loving it. Thank you

Support is great and fast to response! Instagram feed works great and has multiple custom options. Also it's easy to create custom instagram galleries using specific hashtags.

This app is really great. You can showcase selected photos from your instagram on each product page or have a separate page with all your instagram photos that people can see and buy from. I've contacted their support number of times for specific questions that required their dev team to do something for me. They always did it in few hours. I've rarely seen such high level of support. Highly recommended.

This app does exactly what we need it to and there customer service is fast and very helpful. I recommend!

This app is amazing! It is very easy to use. There are two features that make it stands out. First, it can tag product in the gallery, even though I do not have an official IG Shop available. Second, it takes visitors through the product page when they click, rather than take them out to the Instagram. This is huge! Coz you don't want to send customers away from the shop. I highly recommend it.

This app has worked very well for us. The ability to convert view to sales with the Shop capabilities is terrific. And their support has been prompt and friendly.
