A special shout-out to Lorie from the support team — she has gone above and beyond with her professional and friendly assistance. Her help has made my experience even better. Lorena and Ria both assisted me with excellent service and were able to fix the problem while providing me with a clear understanding of why it happened, not just how to fix it.
