I don’t need to be charged for this app! I will not be using it

This is an outdated app listing, which shows an older version of the app. The current app looks nothing like what the screenshots show. There is no theme snippet used to install the app, as suggested by the screenshots. We are using a Shopify vintage theme, and they do not provide any support. When I reached out to the support email, the responses were very basic and not helpful in getting the app to work for us. We ended up uninstalling the app because they stated "Unfortunately, your current theme isn't compatible with our app".

i uninstalled your app and you all are still charging me. i never installed this app in the first place and they had been charging me over a year and will not do anything about it. they dont even have a customer service you can contact. i am about to take legal action. this is not okay and not good business

This gets a full 5 stars just from the support from the Tip Jar team alone. Joe is outstanding and got it working with our very finicky situation, leading to a bunch of happy artists and easier accounting on my end. He was extremely patient and revisited our site several times as various things broke. Tip Jar itself is easy to install and use, and our vendors really like it. Do not be afraid to reach out and ask the developers questions, because they will bend over backwards to help and make this work for your site.

Joe and the entire team are so helpful and responsive. The app is working really well for us and we love how customizable the button/price selection can be at check-out.

Absolutely perfect for allowing me to add dollar amount tips on my store! It allowed me to do exactly what I was looking for. This is a superb app and when I couldn't change something the engineers fixed it for me immediately. The team running it is very efficient and knows their business. Highly recommend it. speedbootr are the guys who fixed it. defo use them!

Excellent app, simple, easy and clear to use. We use it as a quick donation before checkout, it works perfectly. This is exactly what I was looking for. Many of my products are free and this is the perfect thing to allow people to leave tips without it being overbearing for people. I had a small problem installing it and the support team got back to me in a few hours even though I was still in the free trial period. Had me up and running really quickly! I'm now a few days in and the first month has already paid for itself.

Simple & perfect little app that adds a non-invasive button on the cart page for adding tips. Exactly what I needed for my art-based shop.

A great app that lets customers add tips even when they check out with shop pay (which most other tip options don't do!). The individual support and customization was very impressive. I highly recommend!

I found this app on the forums and got in as it launched. The support was awesome - they installed it within a few minutes and I helped them with an issue and it worked flawlessly after that. $15 tip on the first purchase!

We just installed the app (with some GREAT support from the developer) for our Bentonville, Arkansas based permanent makeup business (salon) last night, and within MINUTES we had paid for the first month's fees. This is the perfect app to add a tip for a delivery person at checkout - especially important during times like these that people don't want to handle money. The support team was awesome! They responded to my email in less than 10 minutes, got me in touch with the right person to help me load it into our site and I was up and running within an hour! I signed up for the Free Trial and immediately received a customer support email asking if I'd like them to handle installation in my Edit Code section. Not being a programmer, I granted them access through my Shopify Admin section and the app was installed in literally 2 minutes. I was able to customize how the button looked, the tip amounts, and how the tip process acted. Tip Jar is already a killer addition to my site, and will allow our delivery drivers to make more money in a cashless, no contact way that's critical in this coronavirus world. Thanks, Burak!

This is the perfect solution for a tip/gratuity feature that Shopify as a platform is lacking. The team at SpeedBoostr have been amazing in getting this app developed so quickly to accommodate the many restaurants, including ourselves that have needed to move to online sales due to COVID-19.
