Awesome Customer Service by Jensen! Great communication. Fast solution :) I highly recommend this App!

The Rekaching Subscriptions App is great, but the 1-Star review is for the new owning-company "Seal Apps". Seal Apps also owns a different NOT-FREE Subscription App on the Shopify Platform, that is overpriced/expensive. So they bought this amazing FREE Rekaching App and needlessly shut it down to drive more users to pay for their service, which is a feature that should be free (PS - Shopify is launching a built-in Shopify Subscriptions App soon too they say). Now they are starting to disable services for existing Rakaching users like myself, which seems unfair and against Shopify App regulations/policies. Bottom line - you can install this App (Rekaching), but because Seal Apps has disabled it from working, it won't be functional for you. If you pick a service to give your subscription money to, please do me a favor & DO NOT pick any Seal Apps product. They do not deserve it after this.

5 stars for sure. No dubt! Best app experience in all Shopify store. Extremely reccomended. Service on top!

Excellent app, met our needs very well. We have had some teething problems to being with, a few niggles and glitches, but the support were on top of it in moments. They always get back to us and always find a solution. It has made our life a lot easier.

Unfortunately, part of the code was not deleted when I uninstalled the app and this is now causing big problems with the other apps. I uninstalled the app as I have found one which suits better to my needs. I really hope your support can fix my problem. I have sent an email to your support.

Estoy muy contenta con esta App! Creo que he probado todas las Apps de suscripciones de Shopify y esta ha sido la que más me ha gustado. Eso sí, debo felicitar sobretodo al equipo de soporte. Hay un chat en vivo en la App que te permité hablar con una agente del soporte. Son muy amables, rápidos, y eficientes. Estoy muy contenta de como esta quedando todo, lo recomiendo!

There have been some bugs that we've had to work through but the response on email and chat is almost immediate and they are super nice and helpful. They have been happy to get their developers involved to help work through issues.

It is a great tool and it has excellent support, I recommend it 100%, a great tool to use, I hope it is useful, do not hesitate to install it

Clarie was very helpful and even pointed out things I was not seeing on getting my subscriptions set up. It was great working with her. I would recommend the app make it easier for discounts to be used at anytime for current customers, or just for new customers and not affect the price used by current customers.

Customer support is very responsive. Settings on the app are easy to use. Most features are available on the free plan.

I used this app to make a subscription for my Shopify business. I like how kind the customer service was (Nona was the person I had. She has TALENT.). I would like it more if it had different amounts the subscriber paid on different months.
