In trial stage at moment , had a few questions and online help was very swift and very helpful. Apps currently seems to do everything i was hoping. So far would recommend. We have been using Squareup for several years and frustrated with the online side , so we moved online to Shopify and our Epos is with Squareup , we had already invested in many Squareup Terminals. Hopefully this app will keep our ONLINE & EPOS in sync.

Surya was finally able to explain why some items were not able to be moved to Square. Once we knew why, it was a very simple fix. This app seems to be more reliable at adjusting inventory both ways once its set up. Other apps used for the same purpose have unexpectedly quit. So far so good with this one!

Can't get it to work properly. After a ton of work and a few calls with support, I still can't get it to sync most of my inventory. Importing products from Square to Shopify is incomplete and incorrect. Doesn't import all the information (description does not import) and imports some of it incorrectly (changes the name of the vendor from what I have listed in Square to the name of my store, which I then have to fix). Uninstalling and trying a different app.

Kusum was very helpful and explained to me how to connect more than one Shopify location to Square. Kusum is very knowledgeable and helped me with another inventory issue that will help me to get set up correctly. Overall, a great service and instant response !

The customer service team is helpful, but their developers are not available during the day for my store when I normally need them, which is EST. The inventory doesn't update itself when you update skus, the developer team has to do it manually, which is proving to be problematic so far. I'm giving it a chance and will update the review after we see how it goes. Update: it was VERY challenging to get the team to manually sync the inventory. Now the app is overwriting my shopify product images with the product images we have on square. They basically told me their app couldn't do this and that it was my problem, even though this is the only square integration I have on shopify. I had initially given them a 5 star review, which went down to a three, which I'm now putting down to a 1. Honestly this app does not work as advertised, is expensive, and will potentially overwrite product info even when the correct app settings are used to stop that from occurring. dear, We’ve thoroughly reviewed your concern and provided a detailed demo video explaining the process. The video clearly shows that the issue did not originate from our app. That said, we are more than happy to assist you in identifying any other challenges you may be facing.
