Can’t say enough good things about ShipInsure. Noah and the team are top-tier, super easy to work with, always on it, and they genuinely care. Thank you for the feedback. We are sorry that this experience was terrible for you, and we take full ownership of what happened. Our merchants are at the center of everything we do, and we promise to pay claims on everything that is not fraud. In this instance, we were informed by the carrier that it was still in transit and wanted to give them ample time to come through on their promise to deliver the package. Since this experience, we have changed our policy and will pay claims sooner and with less hassle. We have also substantially built out our claims department and are available 24/7. We were in the wrong, and we promise to be better for you and your customers moving forward.
