Tresl has been a great partner to us! Prior to working with them, we struggled with where to analyze behavioral patterns and common purchase behaviors. Now, any time we have a question about customer behavior, our team pops straight into Tresl and typically is able to pull an answer very quickly. The team at Tresl is also incredibly supportive. Any time we've needed help setting up a customer list, they've been very prompt and always willing to jump in to support us.

This is the most underrate analytics tool out there on Shopify. Segments provides amazing insights on cohort analysis - we're able to parse data tailored to our questions and needs. This allows us to take cohort data and easily put actions behind it (campaigns, new audience targeting, CRO with other tools) with it. John, the founder, is also extremely helpful in walking through the platform with you. We recommend Tresl has a top 5 tool for store growth.

Segments is a great app. It immediately identified groups of customers we could reach out to and build email flows for... and it organized them for us both in Shopify and in Klaviyo. some of the stuff it created was "obvious" and we could have maybe created the segments ourselves, but it was great that it just handled it for us and honestly we never actually would have gotten around to it ourselves. Plus it also came up with 10 segments that we would not have really thought about. Anyway, great app to try!

Great app to integrate with Klaviyo and determine valuable information such as CLV in a visually appealing way. The app is simple to navigate and I enjoy the FilterGPT option to build segments quicker as it is very intuitive. We have also found Segments to be particularly useful in the process of building our Loyalty customer segmentation. The team at Segments are have always been very responsive and helpful making the use of the app even more beneficial to us.

Great resource and wonderful support! Highly customizable segment building and analytics, and when we were looking for an insight that was not available out of the box, the team was willing to build a custom report for us. Segments has helped pull insights that have implications into larger marketing strategies beyond CRM.

We use the customer lifecycle analysis by Segments as the backbone of our email flow strategy within Klaviyo. It provides an intelligent, automated structure for how we communicate with our clients in the different phases of their customer journey. This service has been a significant revenue driver for our business. We also use the segments as a key element of our audience creation in Meta.

Great app and incredible customer service. We have a unique situation and parsing data properly is very important to understand the metrics used for PPC Ads and this app hits the spot! Not only do they offer incredible insight into the data, but they worked with us to generate something that fits our specific situation. Our team is quickly able to create segments from your app (custom segments based on filters), exporting them to Google ads and running ads. The good thing is that when the segment gets updated the audience is dynamically synced to google so we Dont need to re-upload the lists continuously. Also, we have triggered some email campaigns when people are added to lists like at risk loyals, churned loyals, active loyals etc ., So, I get to hear great feedback from our customers which is helping us fix issues and streamline processes.

Segments is truly amazing. Working for a startup, resources are limited, and I feel like this app has been able to provide deep customer & product insights that I would need a business intelligence team to get otherwise. Tresl's customer success team is also great with app support and helping with data / segment ideas. I would recommend this app to everyone with a Shopify store!

I am so glad I discovered segments. It gives me easy access to data that I previously been unable to see at glance and it then seamlessly integrates this data with my facebook and email marketing. A great combination of strategic and tactical tools to understand our audience and feed our channels with meaningful and actionable data. This app has been great in helping us better understand our customer metrics and segment them. Having ordering and customer data easily available so we can better target and grow our business. Great support getting onboarded and ongoing when needed, app is very intuitive to use as well. Leveraging it with its syncing integration with Klaviyo, Google Ads, and more. They keep adding great updates and new features. I recommend taking a look, as the results for us have been excellent this far.

I haven't seen a product that's as well-thought-out as Segments, and I've been in eCommerce for close to a decade. It's an intrinsic part of my 'DTC stack' and has quite possibly saved me days, if not weeks' worth of data-crunching time. Having spoken to @johnchao and his team, I've been blown away by their attention to detail. You can see this from the dashboard - each section has context and is part of the overall story. It's not just metrics randomly thrown together. It's made for regular folks to make data-driven decisions so that they can focus their lives on the decision part rather than the data part. This app really helped us identify segments such as churned customers, loyal customers, and more to integrate into our email marketing on Klaviyo. The dashboard is super easy to use and the data is really useful. Also, Brian from the team has been really helpful whenever we had any questions and is always quick to respond! This product gives you an immense amount of value. Coming from a place of manually attempting to calculate things like repeat rates, churned customers, segmentation, etc... The Segments app is like having a digital marketing research team at your fingertips, extremely easy to navigate, integrate with the rest of our tech stack, and the customer service team is always a click away.

I am enjoying using the newly designed v 3.0! Segments is best used as the name implies- to build segments to use across channels and platforms. We've been able to do a little of this, building a segment to do more focused email marketing (on Drip), and building segments to do lookalike Facebook advertising. We also use the app as a way to measure some key indicators. This can be great, if your key indicators are provided by the app. Though, the precise calculation done by the algorithm is proprietary and not viewable by users, so if management is keen on knowing exactly how an indicator was calculated, you won't be able to provide a precise answer. But, the indicator tracking is maybe not the main intended use. For the building and using of segments across platforms, 5 stars!

A powerful tool that every store needs. It essentially organizes our customer data into digestible chunks of actionable information. The lifecycle and product journey features are particularly useful, as well as being able to build and integrate custom segments on the fly. The Klaviyo and Facebook integrations are game-changers for us. This tool is essential to truly understanding your customer’s behaviours.
