For our two Shopify stores, Visely is so much more than an out of the box shopify search & filter app. They have gone above and beyond expectations fulfilling every wish on our collection pages. During our frequent sale preparations, Visely has been very helpful both in their top notch correspondence & feature support. Our requests are often complicated however Visely grows & adapts their feature set to accommodate our special requests. If you're looking for a partner to help super power your Collection pages with filters and all kinds of customizations, this is it!

This app and the developers are wonderful. Let me start by saying, this app is optimized and quick. So often apps bog down stores and are unusable. I have injected this app code into several places in my store as well as my forum. So far it's been great having the devs custom code things in. Now I'm a store with a full time dev team normally. However having these guys who specialize in their app has really sped up modifications. I'll be on the most expensive plan and so far, if they continue this response time and attention to detail, it's well worth it. This is still phase 1 of implementation with some more advanced ones coming up. The AI in the app seems to be quite well written. This far surpasses making your own product recommendations, and other apps I've tried, and I've tried nearly all of them. They either come short in loading times, or the way their AI/recommendation system works. I hope this helps other store owners who are looking for professional level service form an app as I always am.

The Visely team is phenomenal! They definitely know what they are doing, and have put in the extra time and effort to make sure we are happy. Yes, the price is a lot but it is worth every penny.

The visely team has been amazing to work with. They are very hands on and take time to actually customize everything to fit in naturally on your website. Their technical ability is very high, even helped us troubleshoot a bug caused by another app on our website. The recommendations themselves are great and have provided AOV lift.

Great app with amazing white glove service. Yes, it is expensive, but Alex and his team are worth it.

Visely does what it says on the tin, but more importunely the white glove customisation and overall customer service from Alex is absolutely outstanding!

This is a wonderful product recommendation app and the customer service is fantastic! I have recommendations through our entire site, including home page, collections, product x2, shopping cart... and they all work flawlessly with our custom theme. Customer service always responds quickly (often within an hour). They have been able to help us with custom coding and adjustments as needed. We have a few products that are not able to be purchased online so having an app that can recommend products based off of view this view that and product attributes, not just purchase history was really important for us. Visely is able to create customized recommendations on our site for a truly personalized customer experience. I highly recommend using Visely for your product recommendation app!

Visely has been great to work with. Their team set everything up for me to be just right. They match it with my sites design and feel. I recently started using software to localize all my prices and they've spent a ton of time working with REACH to make sure all localization works within their own recommendations. I'm on Plus, so they're even working on setting up personalized recommendations for customers at checkout along with a dynamic counter to encourage customers to spend more and get free shipping. Overall, they've been insanely helpful and have made this a great app to use. Most of the other apps require a ton of manual setup and having someone come in to do it all for you is a huge bonus vs having a freelance dev try and figure it out.

Visely is exactly what we were looking for. We looked at a number of other solutions such as Limespot and Nosto. Visely came out on top. Excellent recommendations and fairly priced.

Visely is a 5-star product recommendations service. I chose this service because it is easy to use, native to Shopify, powerful in terms of where you can display the various widgets, granular cross-sell controls, and stellar service. I highly recommend this all-in-one, full-service recommendation platforms if you are looking for a single recommendations engine to rule them all.

Visely app is the best app for product recommendations in Shopify, and has proven to boost my sales by a good percentage. I highly recommend going with the premium plan, as you can really customize to your hearts desire and the white glove service is UNMATCHED by any app I have every interacted with. Sergiu and his team are almost always immediately responsive, have never left any issue I have brought to their table unresolved, and always go above and beyond the call of duty to make sure my needs are met. I cannot recommend this app enough.

We migrated our store's product recommendations from NOSTO to Visely and have been extremely impressed. The recommendation engine is fantastic but even more important, the Visely team is amazing! These guys are awesome. They have worked with me for hours on some amazing customization! For the price, there is absolutely nothing better.

This is our second Shopify store using Visely. Both of them run on the Visely Business plan and we are extremely happy with the results we see so far. When we started out with Visely, it delivered a very respectable conversion rate of 5%. Now its conversion rate for our stores is an incredible 13% on average. This is beyond anything we've seen with the other apps, and it helps push our overall conversion rate to double digits. Visely is packed with various features, but the most important ones for us are: the ability to add recommendation widgets to almost any page, fast loading times, German language content analysis and cart drawer cross-sells. Support we are getting with Visely is of top quality. The team is very responsive to our queries, and is also proactive in suggesting and setting up improvements to help drive the app's conversion rate even further.
