Overall Idea of app was decent but messed up my theme code by removing favicon from the product page and somehow slowing the load times of main product images. needs a lot of improvement and a proper customer service team if the app is paid

App itself is OK price just is too high. BEWARE this app also causes BUGS when it comes to pricing displaying correctly and brings in the wrong size to the cart. Even though I've uninstalled the app it's still messing with my store. I've reached out to my theme developer and they confirmed its some code from this app.

Ich schreibe ungerne negative Bewertungen, jedoch bleibt mir in diesem Fall keine andere Wahl. Nach der Installation der App treten massive Probleme auf. Weder am PC noch auf dem Handy funktioniert der Shop wie er sollte. Es ist nicht einmal möglich, vom Produkt zur Menüleiste zu gelangen. Leider ist kein Support vorhanden, dem ich mein Anliegen mitteilen könnte.

I tested many different Product Image Slider apps, but none worked as well as this one - I also use a Selfmade Template so I had a little bug with the mobile version. The Support responded in minutes and the issue was resolved super fast! (I highly apreciate that!)

My website is in Hebrew from right to left and the arrows were reversed, I contacted App support and in less than two hours they fixed the problem and provided courteous and professional customer service. I use the app because in my theme the pictures on the product pages are many and it takes up the whole page. Since I installed the app, the images are arranged in one row, which is especially helpful for users who browse from a mobile device because they don't have to scroll up and down to see the images that took up a lot of space on the page. Now you see the main picture and below it, small pictures in a row and you can scroll easily. The app is necessary for everyone. Very satisfied and highly recommend it!
