The app is so user friendly that you don't really need customer support. The one time I did need them, customer support responded very quickly and had already tested the issue to find a solution before responding. There was no need for me to repeat myself multiple times they way I do with other support services.

App was working brilliantly, a customer notified of an issue and the developer was straight on it and then the app was working brilliantly again straight away, this app is really helpful to our business and was so easy to install on our website, being able to see what people are waiting to restock has helped us focus on what stock is popular!

I encountered an issue with the app and reached out to their support team for assistance. They responded promptly with a solution and, as a kind gesture, even offered me a free plan with additional features. Truly appreciate their support and generosity!

The support team has finally assisted us with the issue we had been experiencing with the app for the past 15 days. We have the paid version, and although we initially did not receive a response to our emails, the app now seems to be working correctly. We appreciate the assistance. Yes, you are correct there was some server issue and it's been resolved but we have sent an email to all our users about it. We are sorry for the inconvenience and let us know if you are still facing any issue.

Multiple times recently, we have had outages that have lasted several days. I don't know if they plan on dropping support or something, but I would stay away and go with something else. You can't trust it. We are sorry for that you faced a trouble because of some temp issue, but we support our users 24 hours. App seems to work great, and customer service was really quick. Great solution for a free restock notifier. *EDIT* The app is NOT FREE. After using it for a while I suddenly got a notification that I had hit the "limit" on restock notifications and I have to pay to continue using it. Nowhere on this app page, nor in the installation, does it say there is a limit or a cost, and it is advertised as free. You can't even see the plan options until you hit the limit. Too bad, because the app worked great and I wouldn't mind if it was said up front, but this is not honest practice. It's not a "misunderstanding", you can't misunderstand information you were never given.

Great app, outstanding customer support!

I love this app! It's easy to use and looks good in my shop. I import shoes from my supplier on order, so it often happens that a certain style or size is sold out temporarily, but will be reproduced and available again in the near future. This app makes it way easier for my customers to get notified when these products are back in stock again at the supplier; and it makes it easier for me to track my customers interests. Their support is also very quick and helpful! Definitely recommend this app :)

Excellent customer support, I had issues on a Friday and I was hoping to take care of it before the weekend. The customer support helped me, and I was able to go into the weekend without worries.

Update 31/05/24.. Great support again from the lads.. highly recommend this app. great features and very very useful. Great support as always from Blessifytechinfo. Edit: CEO blackmailed me to remove this review over multiple accounts. I had to repeatedly block them. They still have this app listed as "Free" and ITS NOT FREE. They then agreed to give me the free plan and REMOVED IT after two weeks. Greedy unproffesional behaviour. ------ The app is simple and good to implement, however i cant stand apps that have actual hidden pricing. This is listed as "Free". Thats it unless you visit a secondary page with the real details. Sketchy and not good. Today we received a mail saying that many emails werent sent cause we exceeded the 50 emails limit. What limit? Upgrade to 8€ a month? I think its not right to trap us not telling what pricing is, losing all subscription done by clients with your app and being unable to move to another with legit and transparent pricing. I would recomend if it wasnt because i had this not planned, as its not listed anywhere. Bad practice in my opinion so i wouldnt recommend.
