We've been using this app for most of our form leads and it works great. Excellent interface, solid database management and most of AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE

I downloaded the free version of this app and decided to try out a single form on my store. The app gave a lot of customization options. I also needed assistance integrating it into my store and the customer support team was extremely responsive and helpful. Ultimately, I decided to not use the form right now, but would still recommend this app to other store owners who are looking for a completely customized solution.

We installed powerful form builder with the intention of swapping out our existing form app that did not offer quite as in depth of an integration with Shopify. We created three simple contact forms based on wholesale application templates provided in the app, however when we ran them through our ADA compliance testing they came back with over 100 errors. Upon bringing this up with the app support team, we were told their app does not have the ability to add those features. We would highly caution against using this app to avoid ADA litigation.

Emma and the team at Globo have been a massive help to get my contact from exactly where I want them, working exactly how I need them to!

Both the function and the customer service are awesome!

Very good customer service. Emma was quick and courteous and organised the development team to make an edit I couldnt figure out how to do. Very pleased.
