Such a great app for configuring complicated shipping rates based on weights & locations. There's a bit of work to set up rates & regions initially but after that, this app works beautifully for us! But none of this can be done without their amazing support team. There are no questions they can't answer and nothing stops them from helping us willingly. They absolutely go above & beyond to help with our problems and provide best solutions. 100% recommended!

After looking at the various options, we went with Shipping Rates by Postcode as it suited our immediate needs but looked like the further options it offered would benefit our business going forward. While the basic set-up is relatively easy to do, it is quite easy to 'miss out' some details meaning that the process didn't work as it should. The help and assistance from Neo was brilliant, he showed patience and diagnosed the problem, correcting it and seeing the transition from testing to usage through to it's happy conclusion. Based on our experience so far, I would highly recommend this app and the support from the developer. Now that the basic implementation stage is up and working satisfactorily, I will be looking at adding some of the refinements to enable the app to work even more effectively within our despatch department.

Found them by happy accident! The UK is complex when it comes to Courier charges and we have different rates for different zones the further north you go! Shipping Rates is the best solution we found and sorted the complicated shipping charges! Excellent customer service

Used for many years now as it works well for UK sites needing to have rates based on postcode. I have a lot of different types of products which have their own delivery services which are based on weight. The app has always been the answer for me as I can combine services for different product types. When the rules become complicated the chat box is always available to help and even create/fix rules for me so not left hanging.

A pretty powerful tool. We have some very complex requirements for shipping, but this app seems to be able to handle all of it. It was a bit daunting in the beginning, but if you get stuck, the support response is imminent. Really recommend!

The post code shipping app will do all that you want it to do. It can be a little complex initially but once you get an understanding it is great

Easy to use, we have been able to exlude, include and set different rates for different postcodes without issues. I see it has a lot more functionality. The support has been the most impressive, I wish other companies had the quality of support these guys do.

App works for what we need, took some time to set up/have the right shopify conditions present as well. We needed to contact shopify to add calculated shipping rates because we were on a basic shopify plan (years ago). Once that was all done worked great.

We have a complicated shipping set up with multiple zones sorted by postcode along with product categories. The postcode shipping team has been very helpful throughout and post set up. App does everything we need it to do and the support is great.

I have found it very hard to set up or reconfigure, once you have decided to go live if you need to change something (which you will from time to time) it is very easy to destroy your postcode setup and spend hours trying to fix it. I haven't found them to be helpful on chat either. Look elsewhere if you can, I don't tend to leave bad reviews but have to say my experience has not been great.

This app is nothing short of miraculous. It has breathed new life into my Shopify store. The seamless integration and intuitive features make it a breeze to use. This app worked well for allowing different shipping rates within a country which is not supported by the default Shopify shipping. The support is also fantastic!
