4/16/25 The new owner was very responsive and solved our problem with a few emails, replying within a few hours. They clearly have a high commitment to support. We learned that the app was recently transitioning ownership which was causing an issue with the app and app support. We weren’t able to contact support for a few weeks. Once we made contact with the new owner, the support has been excellent. Thank you! My original 1-star review follows to put this review in context and for transparency. ---- 4/9/25 We’ve been waiting 5 days for any response from support for a pressing issue. The support widget says “respond within a few hours”. We’re a paying customer since 2022. We submitted other support requests 15 and 13 days ago that also have no response. I’m actually writing this review as yet another attempt to get support to reply to our problem. After not receiving a response using the support widget from the app in Shopify after 3 days, I looked for other ways to reach support. In addition to direct email, I found several places where the app had support widgets or forms. [list of URLS removed] I will gladly update my review if support resumes. In January 2024, I received support responses within 8-36 hours, which is acceptable. The app has been working too. I hope you're doing well! I just saw your 1-star review and wanted to personally reach out and say how truly sorry I am for the frustration you've experienced. That’s definitely not the experience we want anyone to have. A quick heads-up, this app was recently acquired by our company, Avocados Labs, on March 28th. We’re still in the process of migrating everything over, including support channels, which means your original message likely went to the previous owner. I reached out to the app's support team for help, but the lack of a timely and helpful response was disappointing. My question remained unanswered, prompting me to uninstall the app. It's frustrating when a single support experience can completely tarnish the usability of an app. Not recommended due to this slack support service.

Love the lip gloss it is really nice, the nude lip gloss with the lip liner is everything you need, not to mention the lip oil it smell so good and it is not sticky at all.

Great app works well with PayPal but not with Klarna payments. Even the free version is good enough, just more payment channels needed since 99% of our customers use Klarna.. maybe one day we'll have it for that too!

The go-to app for any post checkout upsells on Shopify. Works beautifully. Tons of options. Great support too... 10/10

Such a good app. Fantastic UX, easy to customize and easy to test. This has really unlocked a lot of extra revenue for us that enables us to scale more!

Super easy to use and powerful logic to display promotions to exactly who we want to. Exactly what we were looking for!

The part of the post purchase offers seems excellent to me. But the offer on the thank you page doesn't work for me. It just doesn't show, as if you didn't set it up. I wrote to support more than 1 business day ago and they have not replied. If they answer and help me, I will gladly edit the review. EDIT: I am speaking to support and he is very helpful. Upgrade to 5 stars.

A great way to increase average order value! We installed this app a week ago, set up some product rules and it's off to the races. Works perfectly.

Great app, started using it about 5 months ago. We are a small non-profit and our order number and sales started increasing substantially and almost used up the free limit of 50 orders. And then Gil decided to increase this limit to 100. I was so happy that I sent a thank you and got a quick response also informing me that I can get a NPO Shopify plan as a nonprofit. I didn't know that before. Very happy with this app, works excellent and is very customizable. Kudos!

We are really happy with this app. Our store had a ton of old products that just won´t sell for months. So we installed the app and quickly set up a post purchase checkout upsell flow which immediately started selling that old inventory with a nice profit. Just amazing!

I uninstalled this app after seeing an advert for another post purchase app. I'm back! Don't know what I was thinking when I was happy with this one anyway. This one is the best!

We just found this app and are so happy we did. Other upsell apps weren't working with our bundle app, but this one does! It is perfect. Great, responsive support.

This app allowed me to offer discounted extra products to our customers at checkout, and allows us to boost our AOV. We sell snack foods, and customers are surprisingly willing to add a few extra dollars to their order -- our upsell conversion rate seems to sit over 25%. Gil was super helpful, and I'm excited to test out extra offers going forward

Killer app indeed! Gil is very supportive and listens to feedbacks and actually takes inquiries into his own hands and implements them! This will be an app that we'll continue to use, not only because of its easy to use UI but the fact that we know the app will continue to grow, change and improve over time.

Checkout Promotions & Upsells is the real deal. Simple and easy to use, while still offering immense flexibility for promo triggers and setups. I would recommend this app to anyone that is not currently utilizing post purchase upsells. The pricing is clear and affordable, and you are missing out on potential revenue without this app. Gil has provided fast and thorough support on every inquiry I have submitted. Your only regret will be wishing you installed this app earlier.

Amazing app, has grown our revenue significantly. The developer has always been super helpful and communicative. Can't say enough good things about this app!

Top notch app which adds some extra to the average order each month. The team that build it are also really nice and responsive too which helps!

I've tried all the single click post purchase upsell apps and this one is the best. A lot of upsell apps on the market do not offer single click post purchase, the customer has to go back through checkout which is a total conversion killer. The ones that do offer it have crazy pricing structures. This app has the best pricing on the market and first rate responsive customer support.

Really good app with a great developer backing it. You can easily target the type of orders/customers that you want which sets it apart from its competition!

It's pretty simple: if you don't use this app, you are losing money. Period. Increase AOV, sell more products, and thrive. The only app I recommend to ANY brand. 40000/10!

I always appreciate good support and this app has that. Feature wishlist: It would be awesome if we were able to set up automatic offers with a discount - it could leverage shopify's product recommendations ajax api + a few configurable rules to be able to blacklist some of the items.
