update 2024: We have been working with them for 5+ years.. excellent support always responding on time there prices are excellent .. they have some features you wont find it on other app providers such as search with scanning barcodes (( it's very nice if you have retail shop )) and so on .. It's the perfect choice for Shopify users if they want to have professional android and IOS application quickly and in very reasonable price. The support team is always available 24/7 through chat, email or conference call. They worked hard with me to customize some functions in my application to fit my requirements. I'm very happy with the end result and the application is very stable and fast. Update June 2018 Lovely new features added with flexible layout. That made it very easy for anyone to design and modify the application to fit his requirement. Also the new pop up massage is lovely to deliver important notifications to your customer. Plobal apps team has been amazing. Simal from the sales team went above and beyond to first understand our needs and share it with the development team. They made a customized app for us that had many challenges due to the nature of our marketing strategy. The team did everything to adapt to our needs. I highly recommend them if you need a personalized app (we integrate with Selly and Growave so we needed a hybrid app with social login which was not easy). The app works well, and their team are willing to get on a call to help anytime and offer customized service of some integration, which might not provided by other other competitors.And a big thank to our customer success manager Rahul,who was very supportive to help us to launch our campaign strategy, give us quickly setup guidance through online meeting and process the team to fix bugs. Also thanks for Amit, he is extremely friendly and helpful anytime we have a question. We like that it reacts quickly to updates, good user experience, intuitive, easy to use, and allows brands and products to be categorized very well. Practical for push notifications as they can be scheduled and allows you to check a preview before sending the final version.

We've been with plobal for just over a year and there have been a lot of obstacles, but the team has been super helpful with getting us to where we need to be! Sara is our CSM and has been the BEST! The App has been a huge success for us!

Plobal has been a game changer to our Shopify Plus business. Plobal gives us the tools to be successful. Yes, it is a lot of work to find creative ways to promote the app and get installs. Don't expect the app to generate sales on its own and be wildly successful. 3 weeks of hard work, a rockstar CSM - shoutout to Rahul, and continuously testing ideas is what will change your business. By far the best investment we have made. Within 3 weeks of actively promoting the mobile app, the app is already responsible for over 10% of our revenue. It is incredible. AOV is up 38% compared to our website. Retention rates are much better than sms - and push notifications are free! I don't think Rahul ever sleeps - we exchange ideas as late as 2am or as early as 6am some days and he is always very responsive. I can tell he genuinely cares about the success of our business. Plobal has been a great partner to work with and we highly recommend them to any merchant looking for explosive growth. The biggest advice I have for other merchants considering a mobile app is to worry less about what the app looks like and to focus on ways to get installs.

We are only a month in and already seeing great success with the app. I will say that integration was a bit challenging—I had to stay on the team constantly for updates and even make some updates myself. If you are not tech savvy there may even be more of a challenge. Wish overall support was better, but the app itself is a great asset to our marketing strategy.

SCAM! a team of 3 designers worked on the app during 15 days awaiting the aproval to lauch the app. Finally Plobal came back with "we only work with sellers with +2.5 million of revenue per year, we cant work with your store." Checking the other reviews seems like they are fake/paid reviews AMazon style

First of all their staff is AMAZING. Working with Deeksha has been wonderful. She is very patient in explaining things and working through any issues that arise. The app is fairly easy to set up and the staff we worked with during that process was extremely proficient. Make sure you have time to dedicate to this - ie don't start the process during your busiest season. The visual portion of the mobile app can be manipulated pretty easily and is very flexible. Mostly plug in photos and sections from your website and poof! The push notifications are very flexible as to frequency, reason, and the verbiage can be tailored to your demographic and products. I am very pleased with this mobile app and would recommend it to other Shopify websites looking for a mobile presence.

Unfortunately after 2 years on the Enterprise Plan due to the very slow response every time we needed to change / improve something on our app, we have decided to look for another app builder solution. We have asked for the multi-region function to be removed 3 weeks ago and this hasn't been done yet. I have pointed our disappointment per email several times, but the response time for dealing with our request has not improved at all. (March 21, 2022) Absolutely beautiful ! Fantastic ! The team is gorgeous, Sumant one of the experts there is just perfect ! He has made a beautiful App for me and supported me all the way ! I strongly recommend it ! (November 18, 2019)
