I was going to hire an employee to do this stuff - and instead I got Order Desk. Easily one of the best software experiences that I have ever had. Great product. Simple, relatively intuitive interface. Infinitely customiseable. Fantastic support team who help to ensure its set up and working as efficiently as possible for your business. I highly recommend Order Desk.

As a 3PL, we continue to see Shopify as a popular platform. Integrating Shopify through Order Desk is exceptionally easy. The configuration options they offer and their Rule Builder tool puts a customized integration in our hands without the overhead of custom development. They are constantly improving their app to keep pace with new shopping cart features and are exceptionally attentive to needs of their users. We have been using Order Desk for Shopify and other platforms successfully and happily since 2014. Couldn’t do it without them!

Great app -- highly customizable and reliable. Imports our orders from multiple sources, processes them according to our custom rules.

PROS 1. We've been using Order Desk for 4 years. Functionally, works well. 2. Their support is very attentive to any issues and responds back quickly with good quality responses. CONS 1. They double bill us hundreds of dollars a year. We import thousands of orders from our print-on-demand customers. The flow is such that it goes to one 'store' and then needs to be copied to a 'main store'. This doubles the amount of orders and doubles the amount Order Desk charges us. Their support says there is no other way. At this point, switching over all our customers to another platform would be very expensive in time and money. I wish we knew this from the start. 2. Their support wont do the actual setup steps for you. On complex flows with hundreds of customers, you have to do it while they hold your hand.

Order Desk is a super smart and intuitive app for your business back end. We automated our whole store's order import, organization and fulfilment using the app. Don't expect it to be easy, the app has a lot of options and things to learn to operate properly but their documentation and support are exceptional. Highly Recommended

Amazing customization options with rules. We can do anything we want with orderdesk for our order workflow. They listen to us and help us achieve what we want.

Everyone in Order desk team is superhelpful and without them we wouldnt have done a great start on 2023. Pretty easy step-by-step with them as help, everything is superb. Thank you!

Update- I am coming back on 4-22-22 to update this and specifically shoutout Darren at OrderDesk. He has helped guide me and been infinitely patient through working out issues with a pre-order workflow. This has helped us immensely, and WOULD NOT have been possible without him taking time to support me through this and answer too many questions to count. OrderDesk support is unmatched. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Let's talk about the biggest reason you should use Order Desk. Help and support. We have had a somewhat difficult time transitioning from legacy WooCommerce to Shopify, especially in the area of 3PL connection. Order Desk support has been the most insanely helpful group of people in this process. They have answered every question quickly. If I had questions that went beyond the original reason for support, they followed up and answered until I was completely clued-in. The service reps are always kind, courteous, fast to respond, knowledgeable, easy-to-understand... I am running out of adjectives. If you need the functionality that Order Desk provides, then stop looking at competitors and use OD. OD itself is great and easy to use. But that's not uncommon in the Shopify App and SaaS ecosystem. The real reason to choose OD is because their support will 100% have your back when you need it most. I cannot stress this enough. It is one of the best support interactions I have ever had, REPEATEDLY. EVERY SINGLE TIME. And to be honest, I have been contacting them about things that OD was a PART of, but not a problem point. They have been helping me work through issues that OD didn't even cause or fail in, but where it was just one link in the chain. Do it.

This app is absolutely amazing. Actually, it is not only the app. It is customer service. Nowadays, you have tons of apps to choose from, and in my opinion, what makes the difference is the support. Order Desk offers an OUTSTANDING customer service, and everyone in the team goes the way and beyond trying to help and accommodate your needs. I was terrified to change connectors as we have a quite complicated operation, and we deal with several different marketplaces other than Shopify, but they surpassed our expectations. The fact they did not offer phone support was the reason why I almost did not go with them, but I decided to give it a try, and honestly, their email support is one of the most efficient and fast supports I have experienced, so I am delighted. Highly Recommend!!!

I have to say, I have never experienced customer service like this. This is one of, if not, the best company I have ever worked with. I was desperate to get everything set up and Louie, with order desk, was unbelievable and went above and beyond to help me. Amazing app! Order Desk allows you to easily create flexible custom logic to solve specific problems for your business. In contrast to other apps that offer a fixed set of features or require a developer for customizations, Order Desk has an intuitive rule builder that allows you to create custom workflows to meet specific needs. Customer Service is A+, they go above and beyond to help you reach your goals (shout out to Yambo!). All in all, very pleased with this app.

Firstly - almost no other apps or services do what Order Desk does. It can stitch together anything to anything (different selling channels <> different fulfillment providers, on-demand printers, etc.). You can craft unique rules for each instance and the platform keeps great logs. There is a bit of a learning curve, but once you 'get it', you get it and it is like a box of legos... you can build whatever you can imagine. My favorite part of Order Desk is the support. They were AMAZING when we tried to setup our brand's super odd and different requirements. They helped us debug and test and made recommendations. When one of our main on-demand partners had a MAJOR technical glitch (but wouldn't admit it), Order Desk devs were there to troubleshoot - and talked directly to the on-demand printer to fix the API. Fantastic communication, transparency and an all around great attitude. High fives to Louie, Katie and Pieter over there at Order Desk. You guys rock!

We struggled for years without an OMS and none of the ones I had trialed ever had the flexibility we needed or would pull over the required line item properties from Shopify for our highly customized products. Order Desk checked all of the boxes we needed and for only a fraction the cost of their competitors. The value you get is definitely worth much more than what they charge. I can say without hesitation that Order Desk has completely transformed our business over the last year. Their rules system is so incredibly flexible. I've got about 130 different rules currently and it keeps growing as our business needs grow. The rule system is definitely the heart of the product and it's amazing. Their support team is also top notch and very responsive. I think I ask them at least once a week about some logic on setting up a new rule or requesting to have them develop a new integration with another service we use. They have been incredible and I have nothing but praise for their product and team.

BEST APP FOR ETSY AND SHOPIFY INTEGRATION. Incredible tool. Practically the only effective way I have found outside of hiring a web developer to build my own API integration or using very expensive iPaaS services to bring Etsy orders onto Shopify for fulfillment through Shopify apps. Super easy to set up, great customer service.

I wish I'd found Order Desk 2 years ago! The customization and level automation possible is saving so much time, and removing the possibility of human error in a lot of repetitive processes. Each time I've reached out to support with questions about getting everything set up, their responses have been prompt and incredibly helpful. I really can't speak highly enough of our experience so far with Order Desk.

I can't say enough good things about Order Desk. Besides the fact it was super easy to get up and running and integrate with Shopify, the team was immediately responsive to all of our requests. Each time we needed help, they were there and willing. My team also needed a lot of specialty rules created, and I found that very intuitive and simple as well in the rules engine they have setup. I can't recommend them enough.

We wanted to sell personalized products on our store, however needed an app that would could help transfer order information to our fulfillment partner. OrderDesk has been a fantastic app to fill this gap! We have some fairly tricky requirements to make it work, and the support team has always gone above and beyond to help out and make adjustments if needed. The introduction to the app was a little tough if you're not super tech savvy, that being said I wouldn't let that deter you as there is plenty of documentation for guidance. If that fails, the support staff is always willing to hop in and help out. Highly recommend!

OrderDesk has become a necessity for our store. I can't recommend it enough! It's helped us pull off a number of things that otherwise would have been impossible. We use OrderDesk to decide where to fulfill products based on customers' shipping addresses. Using Amazon FBA in Canada, UK, Japan, and Australia, this means we can automatically route orders to those specific fulfillment methods automatically. Since we can do this, we offer free shipping in all of those countries. We also use it to pull off special bundle offers and other things like that. On top of being a great app, the support is top-notch. Super helpful in figuring out our unique needs!

Phenomenal, powerful and infinitely customizable, I cannot praise Order Desk enough. It has become the hub of our multi-channel business. Its intuitive rule system gives us near limitless automation options allowing us to put so much of our order/shipment flow on autopilot, as well as build in logic that greatly eliminates the possibility of human error. Their API lets us plug our orders into our entire software stack (including our transactional emails, marketing & accounting). The included scripting language lets us configure our invoices and emails to the finest detail. You need to be prepared to put in the work to set it up, but once you have it really does feel like a bespoke-built solution. Furthermore the support is excellent, fast and well connected to the development team, meaning many support tickets that involve dev work get seen to within days, not months. I look forward to their monthly update email, always announcing a slew of new features and integrations (in very well written, amusing copy I might add). Thank you, team Order Desk!

If I could only give this app 6 stars. I had a very specific need I had been trying to find a solution for...maybe a year. Lots of apps said they couldn't do it and wouldn't entertain any sort of customisation. I talked to the team at Order Desk and it was all a walk in the park, they had a solution for me pretty much on the spot. The customer support is great, first class. The functionality of the app itself is very straightforward and efficient. Though I only use a limited part of the app, it's easy to see there's a hell of a lot of possibilities. Very good pricing structure. Solid!!!!! :)

We can't say enough good things about the Order Desk team and app. We've been using it for several years with our previous shopping cart, and now with Shopify. When we first started using Order Desk, we had tried other apps and none of them could meet our needs. Order Desk made it happen. Now, I couldn't imagine running our store without this app. The migration to Shopify has required some changes, and no matter how many questions we have or how much assistance we need, the fantastic Order Desk team has been immediately responsive, helping us find a solution every time. Very happy!

I can not praise Order Desk team enough for their software and for their support as well. I have been using StitchLabs for the last 3 years and am switching to them since we can see the value in what they offer. They have some amazing features of Order management and with some basic knowledge, the back end can be programmed to automate ''a billion'' of small tasks that save so much time to a small enterprise like ours. We have set it up with Shopify, Amazon, eBay, Paypal, Stripe and to so much more through Zapier. Plus we are now saving more since it integrates direct with ZenDesk (ticketing software) and that means we save another sum from not needing Channel Reply. What amazed me the most is the speed that this software is running between tasks and the information presentation from the different channels. If you are a drop shipping e-commerce stop looking...you found it! Well done David and the rest of OD team. This app is tremendous, it has really allowed us to automate mundane processes so we can focus on growth! It is very powerful but still flexible enough to meet the unique needs of our store. What is even more incredible is their customer service. They have a remarkable team that truly goes above and beyond. I have honestly never had such a positive customer experience.
