It's a pretty good app. It's simple to use and worth the price. The downside is that you can't turn ads on and off directly on the platform. Instead, you have to manually review all your ads and then go to Facebook or Google to disable them. Additionally, some of the tracking doesn't seem to be attributed to the app. About 20% of the purchases don't show up on the performance report. However, aside from these two issues, it's a pretty decent app.

An extremely affordable tracking solution relative to other companies that charge an arm and a leg

Good value for money. Good attribution tracking, and some useful reporting features as well. Ideal for smaller businesses who don't want to spend hundreds of hundreds per month on other third party tracking apps.

I am very satisfied with the support. Rachel helped me change and add some settings in the Business Manager. I will test the app.

Just got it, going to test it out, but support has been great so far, and the pricing is much more reasonable than pretty much any alternative, it's fixed, so not based upon revenue or ad spend.

Initially, I was having trouble connecting pixels to my Shopify store, but then Rachel helped me with this and made everything super easy.
