She help me to set up Currency Switcher to show multiple currency according to the local location and come out from this problem. She help me very politely and guid me step by step. This plugin is excellent for displaying local currency on Shopify stores based on user's IP address. The customer care is also outstanding special thanks to Riya for her prompt support. The plugin works perfectly, and I'm planning to upgrade to the pro plan soon.

Please don’t waste your time with this app. Their support is unresponsive—no replies, chat is always offline, and they make you to email for support never respond back. Fast working support, and a solid currency converter service.

App has been displaying some incorrect conversions and showing higher prices than are correct. I hope that updating fixes this issue. I've had the app installed for a while and have encountered the same problems time after time. When switching currency, the rounding rules that you set up in markets (rounding to 0 decimal points) doesn't flow through to this app. So for a currency like Kuwait Dinar, instead of 145KWD, it shows 145.760KWD - which doesn't look great or professional. This applies to all currencies - ignoring the decimal rules you can set with Shopify, so USD shows as $450.00 for example. I have contacted support numerous times and they either say it's a shopify problem, or that they just can't help me. Additionally, they are great at the initial customisation setup, but EVERY TIME you update your theme, their customisations are removed, and you have to reach out to them to edit it for you again, which has become extremely tiresome. It is such a shame as this app is generally good at what it does, but the creators seem to have no desire to refine it to make it an excellent experience for shopify users and their customers. Regarding the theme updates, we understand how frustrating it can be to reapply customizations after every theme change.
