This app has been nothing but amazing , and the support we've received from the Webyze team was outstanding!

I tried several apps with similar features, and this was by far the best one. I did want to make a lot of changes to the styling of the app, and got stuck on some coding issues. Despite my numerous panicked emails, the developers where so kind and patient with me and quickly addressed all of my issues. I did end up hiring a developer to do some customizations for me - my hope is in the future the developers add some more features to the backend for styling - but I'm very particular and needed the app to look seamless in my template. Otherwise, the app is very user friendly and easy to use!

Great app for custom products and great support from their developers.

This app is exactly what I needed for my custom products. After combing thru the app store, I'm glad I decided on this one. I love that my customers see a live preview of their custom bonnets before purchasing. This app has been easy to manage on the back end whenever I update available colors and products. When I have reached out, Customer Service has been responsive and very helpful. I am pleased.

I am so pleasantly surprised with this app! We needed a live preview option for a large catalog of products and this app is really easy to use and has all of the features we need! I shortlisted 5 or 6 different apps before trying this one and I haven’t had to look any further! Contacting customer support was easy and they quickly helped resolve my few issues! Such a great app!

App has great options, you need to explore and learn to make it work to it's full potential. Great support from the team.

This app is incredible, we tested so many apps to custom items, and none of them managed to convince us except this one. Once you master the application, the features are amazing and the rendering is great. I use this app to upload customers photos to my site and customers can change color swatches. It is easy to edit and make changes. Contacting customer service is easy and I get a very quick response.

Before, I found this app I was using another customization options app that worked fine, but did not include the live preview feature. I always knew that this was a feature that I would want at some point, but I wasn't ready to invest the $ necessary to hire a web developer create this feature for my website. When I searched the Shopify app store, I was pleasantly surprised to see that apps existed that offered this feature. Post-purchase: I have been very happy with my subscription, and when I needed assistance customer support was very responsive and helpful.

I was using Uploadery for customer photo uploads, but it didn't put a thumbnail on my order page, and on orders with lots of files uploaded and each with different variants, it was a nightmare to be sure I kept the right photo with the right item ordered. Live Preview Options, and their Support staff, to the rescue! Uploadery was $20 a month and this is just $9 so that is frosting on the cake. See it in action at: Photocutouts.com

Very good app with absolutely fantastic support. We've had a few issues which they've responded to very quickly and effectively. Thanks for the great customer service support. The only thing that would make a massive difference for us is SKU support for the variants. We have no way of linking this to our inventory management system which is disappointing as it makes it not scalable. Otherwise would give it 5 stars.

Unfortunately its not very user friendly having to input the same colours 4 times get the options I would like for customers (a duplicate would be very nice). Can't bulk add items rather than a whole collection. You can't separate out the options and I haven't been able to find the conditional logic.

As a handmade clothing shop, the app is great for adding options and add-ons that cause price changes for a more customized product for your customers. However, when utilizing the price changes it creates a temporary new product for the customer and adds it to their cart with the changes and then doesn't deduct from the original product's inventory causing you to oversell when you are limited in inventory. Bad news for a shop that relies on stritct inventoy during new product drop days. Also because it creates a temporary product, you also lose out on potentially recovering sales by sending cart reminder emails because by the time your abandoned cart reminder email is scheduled to go to customer, the temporary product isn't in their cart anymore because its time sensitive. Besides these issues discussed, this app would be great but not for stores with high volume traffic on drop days with strict inventory unfortunately.

After searching for a long time for an app that would allow me to create options and match the design of my online store, I chose Live Preview Option and I must say I don't regret it! Everything works perfectly and each time I had a problem (twice in 1 year in fact for compatibility issues with a third party application) the team was very reactive and solved the problem within the day! What I like the most: conditions with options that disappear when you select others. Fantastic! The app is exactly what I was searching for. Had a little problem with my product page. But the Webyze support helped me to solve the problem. I can really recommend.

Live preview is exactly what I have been looking for. This app allows my customers to visualize many different color combinations, and add text to products before they place an order. The app seamlessly integrates into product listing creation. Big thank you to Webyze customer service for helping me discover a string of code that would place customer chosen variants into the packing slip sent with each order.

I looked for a long time to find an app that was simple and easy to use, but had the options I needed without costing too much. It has a very simple interface which is perfect for people like me who don't understand all the jargon of ecommerce website building. I really enjoy the way it helps move you through setting up the options. It is inexpensive but offers a lot of options, although I wish there was the ability to duplicate product option sections. I also appreciate that it is aesthetically pleasing on the product pages. It has a very simple and clean look that doesn't detract from the products themselves. It does seem to take a while to update on the actual product, however. I updated this review on 3/14/20 because I realized what I thought was a glitch was a mistake on my part, so I apologize, and adjusted my rating accordingly.

The options app is really easy to use and I was able to create image buttons with smart options for all my products and eliminated all the ugly dropdowns. We had a couple of integration issues with our site but technical support was there to help and resolved everything. Highly recommend this app to anyone. This is a follow up on my previous review and wanted to know that support keeps stepping up it up and always eager to assist. thank you.
