We tried tons of Chatbots and Juphy is definfelty the best. Its very simple to implement and customize. Also the support team is great as they are very responsive and supportive. They also offer to train the bot based on some provided inputs, in our case they trained the bot based on our very intensive blog. That being said, training of the bot is not (yet) perfect, so it's sometimes little bit hard to get the bot answering what you want him to answer. Juphy is amazing! It basically handles my customer service directly on the site. It's nice that it allows you to see chat history and you can correct prior responses or type in your own responses. It handles most questions on the front end but sends me an email when it's my time to jump in.
