Our company has been using the app since 2023 and it's been great! The interface is extremely straight forward and easy to use. But Stu and the customer service team are what sets the app apart! The app is really good but the customer service is in a different league altogether! I don't use this app in the same way as most people might. My store is a Pet related business and I use this app to collect a dogs name and breed as well as the DOB. Over a few nights, Stu at customer support went above and beyond helping me to add additional features that I needed (metafields etc). Nothing was too much, even when I felt I might be becoming a pain with all my questions. Well done, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this app to anyone. Thanks for this super review Mike. It was a pleasure to help put those customisations in place for you and great to see them being used in such a creative way. We're always keen to help where possible. Thanks again.

Such a cool feature for telling our customers how much we love them. But there are still some things that are way better then only the idea behind this app. First of all thank you for such an outstanding support, they realized things from which we never dreamed before. Pretty good app and very reactive customer service that will take real action if you encounter an issue

The app is easy to set up, the documentation is detailed and thorough, but our experience with support completely blew us away. Steve was extremely quick to respond to our emails and always had a detailed and relevant answer. He also anticipated our needs and proactively offered suggestions. Thanks to his help, we were able to easily set up a two-way loop with Klaviyo so that: 1) birthdays collected in Happy Birthday are transferred to Klaviyo and seamlessly attach to our existing flow infrastructure for birthday offers 2) birthday we collected thru our existing channels are synced back to Happy Birthday, so we can make sure we are not asking our return customers for information they already provided. Between the app's simple and lightweight design and unparalleled customer support experience, we are now reviewing other apps made by the same team and trying to find a use case for them. You guys are amazing.

The Birthday app is really amazing. We've been using it for about 2 months and it has been working on the Website and on POS as well. Pretty easy and very intuitive, also their team if you have any issues with, will help to solve it and they really made it work!!!

The app works well and is clearly laid out. You have to familiarize yourself briefly at first, but then you can start right away. The support is fast and helpful - they translated the app and its displayed content into German in a very short time without any problems.

It's a very good app, easy to navigate and set up. Checkout page is a great place to prompt birthday sign-up. Many of our customers sign up and we are very pleased. Support team is very responsive and helpful and always get back with clear explanation and we are happy about it, too. Thank you Stuart and Steve!

This app is perfect! Does exactly what we need it to do, and that's collect birthdays on the Order Status Page/Thank You Page. We integrate with KLAVIYO and everything works seamlessly. Support is always super helpful on the few occasions we've had to reach out with questions. All around a great app!

This app and team are amazing!!! I just installed it a couple of days ago after receiving a birthday card from one of the big box stores, thinking great idea! I contacted support to get it a little customized and Stu got this done in 1 day! Their response to requests is faster than Amazon Prime haha and solutions are provided as easy as it can be! Für uns funktioniert die App wunderbar, alles ist super individualisierbar, und der Support war ebenso zufrieden stellend. Das wichtigste ist, dass unsere Kunden tatsächlich auch bestellen durch die Gutscheine. Die Funktion seinen DOB optional am Ende des checkouts einzugeben wird am meisten genutzt.

This app is amazing! We've used it for ages on our old shop and had no problems moving all our data over to our newly designed store front. We've even got Omnisend integrated, so we can send out a combined email and SMS blast easily. Our top tip? Happy birthday emails convert like crazy, so make sure you include them in your flow!
