I searched around a lot for a Gift Registry app and this one really fits the bill. It has all the necessary functionality and requirements including a wishlist. Pricing is reasonable and support is fantastic, would highly recommend to anyone looking for a Registry app for their site

The registries work really well for us. However, we wish that on the wish lists, gifts purchased could be tracked as well so we can better learn ROI on this tool. I will say, though, that when I had an issue, the customer service person (Jason Larose) was very quick to help and had a quick, easy, and functioning solution! 10/10 on customer service!

I wish I could give this app 3.5 stars. From our perspective, it works pretty well. It's easy to navigate the app on the back end, easy to manage registries for customers, easy to customize. The only complaint is the POS integration is pretty limited, and the "Add Registry" tile does not work, but I've contacted support to see if that can be fixed. However, the end user experience is pretty poor. The UI just feels like something that was made 10 years ago, and it's very clunky on a mobile device.

We have been using gift reggie for almost 6 years. While the app runs well on a basic level, there has been little to no advancements or upgrades to the app. After that much time some improvements and or additional features would be great. We continue to use the app since there are minimal other options out there and some of the other options are closer to $250 a month to use. Customer service is ok, every time there is a theme upgrade it removes the add to registry button for the app which means we have to reach out to customer service and they seem annoyed that we need this fixed. They have went ahead without consultation previously and re-added the button to a location we did not want but then told us they would then charge us to move it where we wanted it. Considering we pay monthly for this app and interact with them once a year if that I feel these fixes, which are of no fault of our own should be acceptable. We would love to see some of the following 1) In store scanner option - using a customers cell phone to scan would be great. 2) Ability to have out of stock items excluded or auto removed from the registry. 3) Ability to add additional features like registry perks within the system/ a little more customization.

I own a children’s boutique (8 1/2 yrs) and just last April switched my POS to Shopify, it has been fun integrating these apps and really looking forward to using Gift Reggie!!!
