Utkarsh help me very fast. Very good service

STAY AWAY! The App works fine, but the customer support is unacceptable. I had to contact customer support multiple times, and every time is like hitting a wall... You start from the beginning every time, the agent promises something to you (which is not fulfilled), and when I contacted them again, it is like starting from the beginning. I worked with many vendors and never experienced such attitude. Find another app.

Incorrectly puts forward merchandise from locations that are NOT used to fulfil online orders. It takes one line of code to go from "plop in the total inventory" to "locate online-available inventory only and add it up", and I am not the first person to complain about this.

I strongly advise against using this app. The app never worked properly from the start. constant technical issues, poor synchronization, and unreliable support. I paid $171 for an annual plan, used it less than a month, and when I requested a refund, they refused. This is unacceptable and feels like a scam. Avoid this app and save yourself the frustration and lost money.

I was very impressed with the system and i had used another similar app before but i like this one, way more streamlined and when i needed help Utkarsh was very fast and kind to help take care of me and sync up to 400 items from etsy to shopify for me which helped a lot

Horrible product that breaks all the time, I am having a lot of duplicate sales, my rep quit and now I am left with no contact information. This system is horrible do not use it. Worst product ever!!!!
