The app would be very useful but the support team doesn't not respond to emails. We have multiple stores and the app doesn't work correctly in some of them. We tried to reach the support team, but they did not respond at least one of our emails.

The app worked alright, however there was an issue where for some regions it would show the more expensive shipping option but the cheaper option for the other regions, randomly. Contacted the developers twice but haven't heard anything back. Was thinking of upgrading to paid version but i don't think i will now..

I liked it, it pre-calculates the shipping cost according to viewer's location, and shows it at product page, I loved it.

Perfect solution as it is critical to know shipping costs and not be disrupted when flowing through the checkout.

the app doesn't work, I have sent an email to support, no response. Does not show in the front end. I was hoping it works, problem is no response from them.
