In this day and age, it is impossible to get ahead as a business without the support of gurus like ZendApps standing behind you. The attention is fabulous, and the staff is superb. I have already recommended easy country blocker to several of my business colleagues & will continue to do so. If you want an app that has optimum functionality, then choose easy country blocker. Excellent customer service. Who knew I would be selling products in 34 countries? I was getting overwhelmed by the different VAT requirements for digital products in each country. So I created an Etsy store for all the customers in the countries I could not sell to directly. Easy Country Blocker has allowed me to create a landing page with the link to my Etsy store. I needed help with it - and they graciously helped me. Then I messed it up - and they graciously fixed it for me. Great app, great customer service.

dont even know that this exist, only because today got a strike from copyright content, now only see webpage who i want! just tested now with vpn and is locked, PERFECT! also right click and drag etc PERFECT, this is PERFECT! thanks mate keep rocking!! dont even GTMETRIX catch it ahhaha :)

Immediately after I started using the free trial my site got even more (almost 100 visits) a day from East Asia. Blocking countries made it worse. Don't use this app.

Ok anyway the app works well now. Have an unhappy experience first but finially the team reached out to us and help solve some problems, thanks for all.

I have used Easy Country Blocker for a number of years now. Their customer service is very responsive and prompt to address a problem or inquiry. Overall I am very pleased with them. I just wish they could find a way to block the bots! Maybe one day.... I do recommend their service.

Very untrustworthy, mainly for the very poor customer service. After blocking countries and IPs I found several cracks and issues in the apps ability to fully secure my site. I ran my own tests and saw very different results, I expected customer service to explain what I was seeing, but I got scripted copy/paste nonsense that was grammatically incorrect, redundant and completely unhelpful with explaining the conflicts I saw. I was given a 1-4 set of explanations and #1 & #3 were the exact same answer, and #2 & #4 was also the same answer, literally copy/paste, even included the same punctuation errors. Glad I caught all of this before the free trial ran out. There are better apps, more expensive, but that's fine if you don't want malicious bots running all over your site.

After checking out the reviews. I was skeptical at first but once I started inquiring from developers about my website. All of them told me they don't have access. Some reviews are saying that customer were able to access their store and I think they would have to first access your store for the first time before the entire country gets blocked but works well for me.

This app does what it says and blocks countries that I requested despite what it says in the Shopify analytics. WARNING: If you are in the process of applying for Google Merchant, do not block/redirect traffic of any country. I was denied for Google Shopping for blocking and directing traffic, ironically, to Google.com. I disabled the block feature and contacted support. I was told the following, verbatim, by the Google Support team: "I see that the account is suspended due to Destination URL down, which means that Google Shopping does not allow the promotion of websites that do not work properly for all users, in all browsers and devices, regardless of where they are accessing the website from." My account is under review again for Google Merchant
