It also offers the best support, provided by Kristina, who is always attentive, helpful, and responsive to all my requests for assistance in getting my sticker store online. I highly recommend it!!!

The app is very good and does exactly what I need it to and help is prompt. I would recommend this app to anyone needing a custom integration to their store however be mindful it is very expensive.

Making the formula workable is not easy and needs more tutorials.

My formula was complicated, and I wasn't sure how to handle it. The entire team pitched in to help me so my calculator looked and operated exactly the way I need it to. Customer service is excellent!!

Many important features are not supported. For example, here's a list of features we have discovered are not working correctly/as expected. - one-time fees (like expedited fee). If you want to add a one-time fee to a product with a quantity of 3, it'll add 3x that one-time fee without a reasonable workaround. - It doesn't work on a product that is featured directly on the home page. The product must be reached through the catalog/product page for the feature to work (otherwise when adding to cart the value is 0). - doesn't have a support for customizing emails so the user gets email based on their selections. - doesn't have a way to calculate item weight based on selections. - if you have any numbers or special characters in the name of a drop-down, it will break the price calculation formula. the feature works well if you have a very basic use case but if you have a complex product and features, it is still quite lacking.

This app is extremely customizable and creates the perfect user experience when selecting from many variants. The data lookup has been a standout for me as a unique feature that makes custom dimension pricing effortless. I highly reccommend this app.

This app has made it possible for us to sell fabric by the square inch even though it is priced by the yard. It is easy to edit and duplicate the calculators, and also to add the calculator to products without having to add code or edit html. Support is great - response within an hour, and fixed within minutes.

This calculator does exactly what we need it to, ad they helped up set everything up so there was no guess work. Love it!

Works very well, customizing to whatever you need. If you need help, customer service was on point, so very helpful! Kristina helped me and got it all done.

Installing and customizing the app requires more assistance than usual, but the support team is exceptionally dedicated and willing to go the extra mile. While the app is not as straightforward as others, it performs well once set up. However, it can be challenging to install and customize, and we found it a bit overpriced for our needs. Overall, it's a decent app if you're prepared for some initial effort.

great app, they always help when you need it

Amazing customer service! Kristina was able to help me figure out my complex formula that no other App was able to do! This customer service alone is worth the monthly price!

The app has a good base and would be a good too for many businesses. But the fact that it cannot work with Base Shopify Variants takes away the value of this app for our situation. We sell items that have Standard and Custom sizes, but this app cannot do custom pricing at the variant level so it's a no for us. Customer Service was great though, so still dropping a 5 star review. Extend the functionality to allow assignment at the Variant/SKU level and you would have a fabulous product that would certainly have a much larger appeal and market.

Its a real kill for the price. the customer support was fabulous and walked me through every little stuff. One of the best apps in the market. Make sure to ask them to make your add to cart a little faster and it works like a charm

Took the issues they had very serious

Amazing service by Kristina, who helped us customize the app. That being said, it is mostly ready to use out of the box, so don't worry. Among all similar apps, this one has been the easiest to understand. The logic of this type of app can be very tricky to grasp. What makes the app stand out is that it comes with examples that you can just use and duplicate. Also, the UI using drag and drop is super user-friendly, and the preview button lets you try on the go. Whether you want to keep it basic or get more advanced, it's easy and fast to implement once you know what you want to achieve. Slowly, we're adding more options such as photo uploads, which are also integrated into the app, a great perk, honestly. Highly recommend; trust us, we've done the job of comparing all available options on the app store ;)

Good app overall. Stil, there are some things to be fixed or improved. Very good customer support, hands on. Waiting time is not that great, but the end result is usually positive. I do recommend the app! John
