The application continues to charge you even when you uninstall it. I'm honestly quite heartbroken to receive your unfair and factually incorrect review. In the 10 years I've been making my app, I've had half a dozen like this. They damage my app's reputation and they are wholly wrong: 1. You didn't contact support, but even after you left your review, I contacted you and gave you your money back, even though I was under no obligation to do so. You didn't reply. 2. My app does not bill you directly, only through Shopify. 3. Shopify bills you only for what you use, after you've used it. 4. You were billed for 3 months by Shopify because, after the 10 day free trial, you used the app for January, February and March. Shopify did their job exactly right, as they define in their App charges policy here: https://help.shopify.com/en/manual/your-account/manage-billing/billing-charges/types-of-charges/third-party-charges/app-charges I have no control over Shopify's billing policy and make every effort to make my app outstanding: recently it was awarded "Built for Shopify" status. Reviews like these destroy that reputation and they really hurt.

Great app - exactly what is says on the tin! My theme did not allow more then one tier to the breadcrumb and like Alex mentions, my landing page displayed no breadcrumb whatsoever. All sorted now thanks to this app and my page also looks that little more polished!

Not happy : i took the app to enhance my SEO but the app is generating canonical URLs on product pages, which is the worst for the website's SEO.

Volgens mij een essentiële app. Shopify toont geen broodkruimels, of toch niet op de goede manier. Dit is een mooie oplossing. Omdat elke collectiepagina, en elke soort productiepagina afzonderlijk moet ingesteld worden, kan dit wat tijd in beslag gaan nemen. Iets wat bij mij het geval was. Dus vandaar de eerlijke review om toch één ster minder te geven. Ik zou het toch alle klanten van shopify aanbevelen om deze app op zijn minst eens te proberen, en ik denk dat 95% van alle klanten graag die maandelijkse bijdrage zullen betalen. Zelf hoop ik dat dit ook de resultaten in google op een positieve manier mag beinvloeden, want hiervoor waren de broomkruimels zo goed als niet ingesteld. Ps: service is zeker wel 5 sterren waard. Snelle en waardevolle reactie en steun. We wensen jullie veel succes met jullie groei!

When I first started using this app, it didn't have the feature I needed (support for Shopify's own multilanguage app). I suggested it and only few weeks later they came back that this has been added to the app. Superb and works really well now!

Ive been using this app for almost a year and it does exactly what it's supposed to. Recently for some reason I was getting an error on schema markup and sent the info to Alex. Within an hour an half it was corrected and I was able to resubmit the pages to Google for indexing. Great support and customer service! Thank you!

There is literally nowhere to contact you. There is no email provided. I have a problem with your application and it is not possible to write to you. Why create an application without being able to contact the creator.

This is an incredible solution for building logical breadcrumbs. The level of control is absolutely impressive. Between the app developer answering a question and watching one video, I was able to get this app fully integrated and functional.

This app has helped me to set up a very important part of my site's navigation. I needed something that would create a breadrcumb for faux 'sub-categories' and this is great. Tip... set up a new navigation menu specifically for your product categories if the breadcrumb doesn't show all levels of your structure. Good and cheery support too!
