This app is a must-have for all ecommerce sites. For the longest time (almost 5 years) we would only use Email, Push, and SMS for Back in Stock alerts using another app. Principally as a brand we don't relate to WhatsApp promotional marketing but we always kept an open mind for transactional, contextual messaging through the channel.
