Alpaca: Pack, Pickup, Deliver

We have been using this app for a few years and have been very happy with the results. We at GT have been using Alpaca for the last 2 years and have been amazed by its ease of use and scalability. Alpaca is an intuitive solution to pick, pack and dispense the BOPIS orders. It’s as easy as 1, 2, 3! Designed to optimize picking efficiencies, instructs the users on how to pack the items picked and at a click of a button, dispense the order after customer pickup. If I could, I'd rate them way more than 5 stars. The app is super cost-effective, especially compared to others that have all these features. It was quite difficult to find an app that allows scheduling while also being able to account for inventory levels in each location. The user interface is very easy to use. Plus, I can have logins and secure pins for all team members The service is some of the best I have seen. They are very responsive and get things resolved quickly.

Truly amazing app. I tried many of the apps but this is the ONLY one that allows you to restrict the ability to set a pick up time until you mark the order as ready for pick up (packed). I emailed 6-7 other pick up apps and none could do this. I also found that this app was the best one for being integrated into shopify's native pick up functionality. The customization features seem to be the best by far in terms of what you can set and notifications to customers. Most importantly, the service is STELLAR. They were so helpful, even though I'm definitely among their smaller clients I suspect. They didn't treat me any different. would recommend them 100 out of 10.

Hands down the BEST App for my store! It has all the features I needed. Easily customizable and has never had any issues functioning correctly! The support team is always super quick, friendly and efficient! P.S. Looking forward to a more elaborate shipping feature as at the time I checked it out it was based on flat rate shipping rates, which for me it didn't work.
