Reviews for AAA Affiliate Marketing App

This app does not track the commissions. I see orders coming in with the special tags generated by this app on the orders. However, that is it. The affiliate is not getting their credit for the sell but they had obviously referred the customer. I have to manually find the affiliate that made the referral. I have asked the app developer to help numerous times for many months. to fix the problem, I made them a partner account, and no changes have been made to make this app function as intended. This app does not work and is a waste of money.

DO NOT TRUST THIS APP. It literally broke my entire store. I still don't have the destruction sorted out. I lost business and customers because it destroyed my checkout process. Lesson learned: ALWAYS read reviews before downloading!

Rating this App like this for now, in hopes the ones behind it determine who's on their side . After contacting their support, I haven't heard from the person in the letter below who had replied to my initial email. Having several Affiliates hooked on it just to realize the serious issues at hand is very disturbing. " Sachin, Thank You for your prompt reply and I apologize for my late reply as I was going back and forth with Shopify about this issue, to make sure if they had contacted you or not and they confirmed that they haven't. Now my issue is truly serious concerning malfunctions or something in your app. When I submit an issue for Support within your Aaaecommerce app , I get the " Oops your form details couldn't be submitted " Second and third issues are : I went to your Aaaecommerce official website to watch and or read any directions on how to invite sublevel affiliates so I'd share with my affiliates, and your website pages show 404 error code when clicking on relating Demos. And most importantly, you don't have an automated email for updating my affiliates on any new banners, offers etc. If you don't include this in your basic monthly service you won't enable your clients to build up quality affiliates that can further enable your clients to upgrade to your higher cost services. Which it turns out in your $9/month plan, that you don't allow for Sublevels , not even for let's say a limited amount of affiliates, this will lower the chance of having them n=be more active with us. Awaiting your guidance on this or I'm not sure what my strong reaction will be ... for you've lost lots of my time and energy on an App that shouldn't be in Shopify. I have all the right to win a case of getting a free subscription on your expense for a year plus have you fix the app if you're planning on staying with Shopify.

A few days ago I rated the app badly because things were not good, the app did not work well but I managed to communicate with its developers and they took good care of me and are making the improvements to the App. Today I give them a better rating and I hope they continue all right.

This app is absolute dogshit. The entire dashboard is in broken english and makes no sense. All of the five star reviews are fake, look at the grammar errors. DO NOT INSTALL THIS GARBAGE

The application has some basic features that will allow you work with affiliates, but it seems like it's fairly new as it's not very polished and the dashboard is somewhat confusing. *Update: uninstalled it after they started to do live testing on their customers stores. One day a gift button appeared on my front page, after they removed it- they changed some code and screwed my theme's font.

I removed/deleted this app from my store yet somehow a month later they sent me an email stating a just customer signed up as an affiliate. How is that possible? Sketchy for sure.

Uninstalling. Contacted support over 3 weeks ago and have not heard back. Even Shopify contacted me to follow up a few days later inquiring if I received a reply. Promising app. However, as a rule, if there is no support... Uninstall.

I am a small store and needed something quick and east to be setup for my reps that work on a commission base the app was super easy to install and to use and the hotline response was stellar. the signup screen for the affiliate program did not integrate well with the bought shopify theme I was using and they fixed this literally overnight. impressed,

this app is very bad coded, have a lot of vulnerabilities that can fuck up your store, i recommend not using it

Hello I just entered the program and in the admin panel a message tells me: You have exceeded the number of affiliates please upgrade your account ... But I have not yet ... So I I've uninstalled ... Plus you say it's free for the top 10 affiliates and adding your app to Shopify a message tells me you're going to take the payment tomorrow ... Is this a way to make us pay more expensive or your application is not in focus? Too bad I liked the concept

2-16-2018 Update: app developer was very responsive, going to increase from 1-star to 3-stars. The 3 levels of percentages are saving now, problem was a verbiage field above that has nothing to do with percentages can't be blank when the whole screen is saved, he put up a pop-message saying that field can't be blank when you try to save it. I saw that, typed some stuff in there, and clicked SAVE and this time the 3-levels of proposed commission percentages saved. So that "bug" is fixed. The pricing is still very unattractive, based upon numbers of affiliates, who are notoriously unproductive, and therefore pricing should be based on increasing orders, not increasing affiliates. One star upgrade for being proactive and another star for "fixing" the percentages saved "bug." I'll keep everyone posted for any other improvements: ******* 2-13-2018 The app developer also revealed that currently they don't have PayPal integration. That's a major drawback. I'm sure he'll fix that soon if he wants his app to be competitive. And he needs lots of integrations like any good affiliate app. So far I don't see any. Another one he needs is MailChimp integration, that's pretty standard with most affiliate apps. This app developer has developed quite a few apps in the Shopify store and, glancing at the overall reviews ratings in their stores with the most reviews, they get about 90% five star reviews. So that's pretty good. But THIS app of theirs isn't ready for prime time yet. I have just gone thru the app from top to bottom and see no integration anywhere for any kind of incoming or outgoing money flow mechanisms, I don't see a place where I input my PayPal account to pay the affiliate's PayPal account, etc. And it's pretty clear that they want PayPal to be used because affiliates are asked to input their PayPal address at the time of affiliate signup. They offer up to 3-tiers of commissions, so it is barely a MLM-qualified type of software since MLM is defined by most people as 3-levels or more, but! their commission percentage assignment area isn't even working! I assigned 15%, 35% and 10% on the 3 levels and clicked submit and absolutely nothing happened. I went to another part of the program, came back to see if my percentages were saved and had "stuck" in place properly and they were still completely unchanged. I did this several times clicking the submit button every time and it never worked. I'm very glad to see a MLM-type of affiliate program that advertises it's MLM-friendly on Shopify even in the Shopify store's searchable tags but this one needs some work. I'll be uninstalling very quickly due to the short 5-day trial unless the developer gets back to me VERY quickly and takes the bull by the horns and get all of these issues addressed and rectified VERY quickly. I have no intention of paying a cent as long as these deficiencies exist. Oh, and the pricing is VERY unattractive. Affiliates are NOTORIOUS for signing up and doing little to nothing sales wise so it's very, very bad to increment pricing on the basis of affiliates instead of CUSTOMER ORDERS. I'm happy to increase the star rating if the increase in rating is earned. But at this point, this is the appropriate rating. Sorry, but it is. You've got some good other apps based on reviews of your other apps but you need to get this one up to speed cuz it's not there yet. It's new, so we take that into consideration, but get to work on THESE PROBLEMS/BUGS!
