description: "Backblock tells rural New Zealand delivery addresses from urban ones at checkout and shows the matching rate you set. Rural buyers see your rural rate, urban buyers your standard rate; the other is hidden. It reads a numbered RD route off the address line, otherwise checks the postcode against 711 NZ rural delivery postcodes. You enter the prices. Backblock supplies, calculates and prefills nothing.
