Great app. The support team is very responsive and helpful. Shipping times are much quicker than AliExpress

Next time please let your costumers know that you don't have the product in stock, and that the shipping times will be longer than your stated 10-15 days. If you don't communicate with us, how will I know the product is out of stock and will be delayed for possibly another month? Currently have 100+ orders to fulfill. Do better.

Really really easy to add products with Zendrop! (A lot of products!) Almost everything is automated, but you can still edit anything if you want to. And there is ALWAYS somebody to assist you if you have any question! Thank you, Zendrop!

The app is very good to use. I had issues with a payment and got it resolved in a timely and professional manner.

The Zendrop App itself is very well made and user-friendly. But other than that delivery times have been pretty ok so far (mostly 15-16 days) with some delays here and there. Also Thank You cards haven't been working so far and order credits don't show up (maybe because I'm on the trial of the Plus Plan). Anyways supportwise though, it's perfect. Theresa, Molly and ESPECIALLY Michael have been a really big help overcoming those issues and are always here for me if there are any more. They really seem to care about my business and are understanding and (I think is also a really big point) fluent in English! Overall okay Dropshipping service with perfect support. Again, thank you Michael for everything!

By far the WORST app I ever used. I placed an order on March 3rd, They never shipped my order. I emailed them several times requesting refund since the order was never shipped, they said at first they couldn't cancel the order because the order was shipped already. They could easily check the tracking number and see that the label was created but nothing else. But no, they refused to take the time and do the right thing. Just in case I filed a claim with USPS, they processed an investigation concluding that the package was never dropped off at their facilities. No surprised there. Finally yesterday, I decided to call Shopify to advocate for me and help me getting my money back. That was fast, Zendrop refunded me immediately. LOL. This is a horryble company. Don't waste your time. You will loose customers over their irresponsibility.

By far the worst app for dropshipping, Sand message with live chat, agent will say get back to you tomorrow ( happened 3 times ) no one get back, shipping times like slooooow as hell, usual execuse ( COVID caz China is closed to covid , what do u think we are stupid, covid ended and no one is closed due to Covid, another execuse Chinese year ) which happened in February ) still items ordered since February not being delivered. I thought they changed there business model after they changed there Com name and now I understand why they changed the name because they don't know how to run a business..... Jesus I am so upset, 2 months for items and delivered and I am on your Pro Plus plan...

Worthless, you guys need to understand, people hate to be boxed in and not allowed to navigate, what is the use of an app, if it stops what it was intended to fix.

Very good customer support. Processing was 1 day late (happened twice). Ran into some billing issues but it was quickly resolved! I think it's a good app to use but still isn't 100% optimized due to the lack of available products.

Zendrop staff always answer or give help quickly and sometimes with links to learn more about your questions

I use this app for our dropshipping store. We find transactions are seamless because of its full integration with our Shopify store. Customer support is prompt and the staff are always helpful. I like that they follow up on their customer enquiries too. Not many companies provide such excellent customer care.

They are very helpful. At first, I was afraid that they are a fraud, that may be the item they will send is not the real one, but I was proven wrong. I struggled with fulfillment before, but Zendrop made it easy. No need to go under rigorous appeals and constant errors. Zendrop will answer all your questions and will help you lessen the fulfillment problem with the business.

Customer service is excellent and I love the products being offered!! If someone needs a Dropshipping company, I will for sure tell them about Zendrop!
