This app has helped us fully migrate from WooCommerce Points & Rewards over to Shopify. Paresh and his team are so wonderfully helpful. They will walk you through anything you might need. The app is very user-friendly and has a great UI. I highly recommend this app over any other one available as it is affordable and is able to be integrated with many more apps than other ones out there.

The support is absolutely fantastic. I'm still configuring the app and ran into a challenge creating the rewards like I needed. The developers went above and beyond to code in a work around to help me accomplish what I needed. Apps aren't always going to offer 100% of what you need but it's really awesome to have a support team that will work with you. Excited about all the features. I know they're going to work great with my customers.

This app has an excellent range of features for the price for a Rewards app. Also the support is excellent. We requested a few features and they added them right away. This app truly stands toe to toe with other apps that cost double or more per month compared to Points VIP. We will see how things work over the next few months but so far so good. Would highly recommend this app.

Good application! The support is very responsive. Setting up the loyalty program is easy! The most : the application allows to have a page dedicated to the loyalty program ! The service helps a lot in the implementation and answers all the questions.

We trialed a number of apps before deciding on Super Rewards, and the responsive customer service and technical support was a key factor in our decision. We knew we wanted to launch a "points" style program with the ability to implement "tiers" later this year. That narrowed our choices to Super Rewards and Smile. Within 3 days of installing the app, I'd scheduled and participated in TWO virtual meets with the Super Rewards team, and they won us over with fairer pricing and excellent customer support. A feature rich loyalty app that is much more flexible than others I have looked at. Very impresses with their customer service. I asked a question and they immediatly set up a google meet with me to discuss and msde some unique customisations to the widget, which was much apprerciated.
