Is there a way other than whatsapp to reach? Your app just sent out 20 emails in 10 mins to my clients and now I can't shut it off. We cannot use whatsapp in corporate environment and you have no other way to get in touch with you guys. Not professional at all to not have an email address or chat other than whatsapp. Please advise how I can shut this down so my customers stop getting all these emails? I keep getting 500 server errors when trying to shut it down myself. Hello, You can always email support@superassistant.io or book a meeting. I cannot recommend Super VIP Tiers app enough. We had a slight implementation issue, but I judge a company on how they respond to issues. I was impressed that the CEO took the time to chat 1 on 1 to make sure our issue was fully resolved. This level of support is greatly appreciated and should reassure anyone looking for setting up their VIP Tiers.

The rewards program is fantastic, and both my customers and I love it. Whenever I encounter any issues, the Super Rewards team always provides a quick and efficient response. Plus, the Super Rewards app is much more affordable compared to other alternatives.

The only affordable app which has a lot of features too. The migration took a day, but after that it was working smoothly It's really helped our Loyalty customers, and we can't imagine not having it going forward!

This app is relevant if you want to use a cheap and affordable loyalty program in your Shopify store. I needed help a few times, and their support was very responsive. So I recommend this app !

The app is great - there is a lot to offer even with the free plan as compared to other loyalty apps. Paresh is very good with the support.

I was previously using Smile.io, but the pricing was becoming too much for my small store. Then I found this rewards and loyalty app and it offers all the same features like points, referrals, and VIP tiers at a such a lower price! The customer support is also great—they even offered a personal demo to help set everything up. If you’re looking for an affordable alternative with amazing support, this is the app for you!

Pretty disappointed for recommending this app to clients when tech support is non existent. I've sent multiple instant 'chat' requests as well as emails with nothing in response. Not sure if the 100.00/mo is worth it if support is sub par like this. I've never had this happen with a shopify app. Please do better.

So far so good. Seems quite clear and in depth, so looking forward to implementing it into my store. Had a few questions to ask and a lovely member Paresh helped in swift time. Straight to the point and polite!

Edit: The app is working well now. The developers have been in communication with me to fix all the bugs. I am happy with the app at this time. This app isn’t consistent. My customers are constantly asking me why they don’t have their points. I’ll email the company and get NO HELP OR ANSWERS. I want to switch to a new points program and to do so I need to spend the $99 to export my customers, but have to wait until the free trial is up to do so, no way to expedite the process. The company emails me back about a meeting but when I email questions, again, no response. I have customers with no points still and can’t find out why. Do yourself a favor and do not get this points program!
