We really didn't mean to do anything bad or affect your store business, we just make the app works due to what you set up in the app... and we even explained that we only support making the setup you made in the app to work... So we just continue with what we do... We really hope you can think about it and give us another chance, we believe the problem happened because of a misunderstanding when configuring our app only..

This app does exactly what we needed: it allows for complex, tiered pricing (price breaks) for each product variant individually. The setup is quite intuitive. Most importantly, the customer support is absolutely top-class. I had an issue with displaying the pricing table on our highly customized theme. They quickly diagnosed the issue, requested collaborator access (which is a very secure Shopify feature), and fixed the integration problem in no time. They even helped me locate the setting to translate the app's text to our local language.
