I have just started using the app and it works perfectly as per my various requirements. It's great to find one perfect app where you can get everything that you have in your mind. And bonus, everything inside the settings is well laid, so you don't have to waste much time in understanding the app. Thanks Team!

I have updated this review a couple of times already. I have some issues with features I miss and would like to see in a future upgrade. Most importantly, as one test customer pointed out, the uploaded image is not shown as the main image in the cart when checking out. Instead the general product image is shown. Same issue when moving on to payment. This may create uncertainty for the customer: Did he actually manage to upload his image correctly? But based on my positive experience with the UploadKit customer service - and after having many ideas accepted and implemented - I must say, that they are extremely competent and helpful. And actually that is more important than a few missing features. So I revert to my original judgment - 5 stars. Currently there is no better upload app available.

I have to give this app a 5-start review. I have tried many similar apps but eventually landed with this one. Very smooth UI/UX, and the support team is incredible, they did some custom coding for me so that the thumbnail doesn't appear too big. The turnaround time is less than 24 hours with great follow-up. I think the app is also used by big sites like https://crownandpaw.com/.

EXACTLY what I was looking for, thank you so much! This app is low key underrated. I was looking for something that will require customers to upload an image and have a preview to make sure they uploaded it.

This app does exactly what I was looking for! The support is above excellent!! There were some styling issues in my theme which screwed up the file uploading popup, but the devs helped me with that and solved the issue in no time! Thank you!!

The best app possible for customize product. Super easy to use, have tons of features, is quick to instal and configure, and the customer support is just perfect. I had an issue with the way the app integrated to my store, send an email, Brian responded in less than 1 hour, had already made a quick code change, and the problem was fixed !

If you are working with custom products, don’t look for alternative because this is the best app on the market. I’m using Uploadkit since 1 year without any problems but the most important thing is the customer support, they even reply on Sunday and they do extra work that is not included in the plan for you, I honestly never had this kind of dev support but guys, keep it up because you deserve the best. This app works great. Thanks to Toby, Jeff and Brian for adjusting everything to my needs! Support reply is very quick. Integration of links to the uploaded images of an order in automatic emails is very easy and very handy.

This app is the best file upload app on the app store. I recommend everyone use it. The bulk download feature is amazing. I've never had issues with it on the front end. Flawless app and do perfectly what it's meant for. I love this app and its flexibility. And the best part is the man Toby Marsden, the Savior! He's always there to help his customers and takes pain for them. Besides a good professional, he is also a wonderful human who understand the needs of his customers. One thing i wish to see in this app is the possibility that we can separate upload an image field and notes/description field for some products requiring multiple images and single or double text fields, this will remove the requirement of any other product options app for my store. Overall wonderful app, wonderful support and wonderful Toby! :) I highly recommends this app.

Just testing to replace another upload app... and Looks amazing, customer service helps me with some technical modification for my product page, quick answer. Many features at disposition. Replacing the other app I also save time speed, from 2.15 s to 1.85 second. A good app.
