We've have just started using the app for our magazine subscriptions. So far the support team have been stellar and quick to respond. I had to reach out to them on two occasions and each time they went above and beyond to help correct the issue.

We're using Appstle to launch a Beer Club with subscriptions. The app made is very easy to get started and their staff of devs are very accommodating and helpful, even being able to help with custom coding! The app is still fairly new but it appears new updates/features are under development which Im excited for!

So far I have needed help twice setting up my subscrriptions. This amzing teams customer services is 2nd to non. So glad I chose to work with this app for my small business.

I had a bit of trouble creating my first subscription plan (totally my fault), I contacted their customer service through the chat option. They were very nice and helpful. The issue got fixed immediately and I understand the app better now!

Great customer service. They have been able to help us to successfully set up the app and make sure it actually works. They have answered all of my questions within minutes so that very helpful as we don't have to wait long to get some issues resolved. The only challenging part was setting up the app and actually making it work as it did take us a couple of tries and customer service help to get the app working. They are always willing to help you with any issues you encounter. So far so good!

I have only just downloaded this app and wow it works and the customer service is second to none excellent thank you so much for being there when i needed help.

I am very excited about this subscription app as it looks like it will make the subscription process so much more seamless. Thank you! On the rare occasions i could not find an answer myself, Support has been wonderful. quick and very knowledgeable. This app has been wonderful. Very easy to manage, and so great for a small business like mine.
